Annie McIlwaine

Annie is an actor with musical theatre and classical singing training. She started her acting training at Rose Bruford on their foundation course and went on to study a BA in Acting at the Institute for Contemporary Theatre in Brighton. At Drama School Annie was selected to take part in the early development of a theatre adaptation of Ray Shell’s novel ICED and played the role of Lisa in ‘The Wonderful World of Dissocia in her final year.

Shortly after leaving drama school Annie originated the role of Mia in Crybaby production’s Float at Dublin Fringe and for a short run at The MAC. Other Theatre credits include playing Lisa in Big Telly’s Operation Spike. Recently Annie appeared as Young Cathy in the psychological drama Dead and Buried, Virgin Media Television & BBC NI.
