Ella Linton

Ella Linton is a classically and musical theatre-trained soprano based in Northern Ireland. She made her professional debut with NI Opera in 2024, appearing in Chorus! at the Ulster Hall and later in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onégin at the Grand Opera House. In 2025, whilst living in Cantabria, she performed on Spanish national television and recorded in RTVE studios as part of a project supporting Spain’s Eurovision entry.

Alongside her performance work, Ella is a vocal tutor at the Jenny Boggs Centre of Music Excellence and Voiceworks Performing Arts School. She is an accomplished pianist and holds two London College of Music diplomas in Classical Singing and Musical Theatre.

Ella recently graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a BA in French and Spanish and will commence a PGCE in Modern Languages this September. She is grateful to NI Opera for their continued support and looks forward to an exciting year ahead.
