Gerard Headley

Gerard Headley is an actor, dancer, and physical theatre maker from Belfast. In 2020, he was awarded a first-class BA (Hons) from The Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Since then, he has worked with various companies, including Oona Doherty Works, RedLadder Theatre Company, Maiden Voyage Dance, mad dogs dance theatre, and Instant Dissidence.

Gerard is passionate about highlighting underrepresented and political narratives through his physical approach to storytelling. He is currently developing his new solo work, HOMO Sapiens, funded by Arts Council England.
