Greg Eldridge

Stage director Greg Eldridge studied in Australia, Italy, and the UK before embarking on a directing career that has involved over 80 productions across 13 countries at theatres including The Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Teatro Real in Madrid, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, and many others. Alongside 37 award nominations for his opera work, Greg has worked on major productions of Kismet, The King & I, Oklahoma!, and The Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny. A trained Intimacy Director through IDC in America, Greg has previously served on the board of Stage Directors UK and as Professor of Directing at CCM, one of America’s top 5-ranked performing arts conservatories. A former resident of Belfast, Follies is Greg’s first production with Northern Ireland Opera and his 11th production with Cameron Menzies.
