Joanne Quigley McParland

Joanne is the former Co-Leader of the RTE Concert Orchestra and a former member of The Royal Northern Sinfonia. She has performed thorughout Europe, The USA and The Far East as a principal player with the English Chamber Orchestra, Orchestre Revolutionnaire et Romantique and The BBC Philharmonic. Joanne has apperared as guest leader of the Ulster Orchestra, The National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, RTE Concert Orchestra, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and Royal Scottish National Orchestra. She is Artistic Director of Newry Chamber Music and the Fews Ensemble, violinist with The Hard Rain Soloist Ensemble and on the faculty of the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin.
