He is currently a BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist. In 26/27 he is going to make his debut at Teatro Real Madrid in a new commission. Santiago Sanchez won the First Prize at the International Mozart Competition 2023 and was awarded the Second Prize Wigmore Hall/Bollinger International Song Competition 2024. He has studied singing at the Valencia Conservatory and the Universität Mozarteum with Prof. Mario Diaz where he performed roles such as PODESTÀ La finta giardiniera, POLIDORO La finta semplice, LENSKI Eugene Onegin and ORONTE Alcina.
