Tom O’Kelly

Belfast-born actor Tom O’Kelly has most recently finished a run of the world’s longest-running, critically acclaimed, comedy show NewsRevue at the Canal Café Theatre in London. Previous credits include Choir of Man (Norwegian Cruise Lines), Jingle Belles: A Family Christmas Spectacular (Oh Yeah Music Centre), SATYRS: A New Opera (Royal Academy of Music) and W.H. Auden: A Celebration (Auden Festival, Solihull).

Credits while training: Enoch Snow (Carousel), Sweeney Todd (Sweeney Todd), Fritz (L’amico Fritz), Monsieur Vogelsang (Der Schauspieldirektor) and Buoso Donati (Gianni Schicchi).

He has also been lucky enough to give several solo engagements at the RAM, including the tenor solo in Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, and performances at the Wigmore Hall and Italian Cultural Institute. In 2023, Tom was a finalist at the Stephen Sondheim Society Performer of the Year Competition and, in 2022, Tom won the Lieder prize and the Mahler Prize at the Feis Ceoil.
