A specially curated evening of fine dining, intertwined with some of the most exquisite opera performed live throughout the night.
From the moment you arrive at The Merchant you will be greeted with gentle musical overtones. Enjoy sipping your glass of bubbles and begin your culinary journey with a selection of chef’s canapes before you are called to dinner with fanfare and pageantry.
During the evening you will be entertained by four leading lights of opera in Northern Ireland. Experience sublime accompaniment with live playing on a stunning grand piano as the singers perform some of the most loved arias, duets and ensembles in between each of your six courses.
